In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our partners and train them on the latest and greatest technology solutions from NVIDIA.   1. Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for our partners on NVIDIA technology solutions.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure training materials and content are up-to-date and aligned with business goals.
  3. Conduct regular assessments to identify training needs and make necessary adjustments to training programs.
  4. Serve as a subject matter expert on NVIDIA technology solutions and industry trends.
  5. Provide support and guidance to partners to help them effectively utilize NVIDIA technology in their sales strategies.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner organizations to foster a collaborative and productive training environment.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights and recommendations to partners.
  8. Monitor and track partner performance and provide feedback and coaching to help them achieve their sales targets.
  9. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop training materials and resources that align with overall company messaging and goals.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve training programs to ensure they are engaging, effective, and relevant to partners’ needs.
  11. Represent NVIDIA at industry events and conferences to promote our technology solutions and training programs.
  12. Act as a mentor and coach to new and existing partner sales representatives to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
  13. Maintain accurate records of training activities and partner interactions.
  14. Collaborate with other Partner Sales Trainers and internal teams to share best practices and improve overall training strategies.
  15. Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and partner success.
