In this role, you will play a critical role in optimizing our office space and maximizing the efficiency and productivity of our employees. We are looking for someone with a strong background in space planning and workplace strategy, as well as exceptional communication and collaboration skills.   1. Develop and implement strategic plans for optimizing office space usage and layout.
  2. Collaborate with various departments and teams to understand their space needs and requirements.
  3. Conduct space utilization analysis and make recommendations for improvements.
  4. Manage and maintain accurate records of office space allocations and changes.
  5. Work closely with real estate and facilities teams to ensure smooth transitions and moves.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in workplace strategy and space planning.
  7. Communicate and present occupancy plans and strategies to senior management.
  8. Coordinate with architects and designers to ensure adherence to company standards and guidelines.
  9. Monitor and report on office space utilization metrics.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers for office furniture and equipment procurement.
  11. Collaborate with HR to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  12. Train and mentor junior occupancy planners, if applicable.
  13. Act as a liaison between employees and management for any space-related concerns or requests.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and innovate office space design and functionality.
  15. Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all occupancy planning processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Architecture, Interior Design, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Space Planning And Occupancy Planning.

  • Proficiency In Autocad, Revit, And Other Relevant Design Software.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Building Codes, Ada Regulations, And Sustainability Principles.

  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
