NVIDIA is looking for a NPI Technical Program Manager - Operations to join our team. As a key member of our New Product Introduction (NPI) team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the technical aspects of our product launch operations. We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual who can drive cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on-time and within budget. If you have a strong background in project management, operations, and a deep understanding of hardware/software development processes, then we want to hear from you!

  1. Lead and manage all technical aspects of product launch operations for new products.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain to ensure successful product launches.
  3. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure on-time and within budget delivery of products.
  4. Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders and senior management.
  5. Identify and mitigate risks that may impact product launch timelines.
  6. Ensure all processes and procedures are followed to maintain quality standards.
  7. Work closely with engineering teams to understand product specifications and technical requirements.
  8. Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of components and materials.
  9. Implement and improve processes to enhance efficiency and streamline operations.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to inform decision making.
  11. Mentor and guide team members to achieve project objectives.
  12. Monitor and report on project metrics and KPIs.
  13. Collaborate with vendors and contractors to support project needs.
  14. Identify areas for improvement and drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
  15. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  16. Maintain a strong understanding of hardware and software development processes.
  17. Take ownership of project deliverables and ensure they meet quality standards.
  18. Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous learning within the NPI team.
  19. Represent the company and the NPI team in a professional and positive manner.
  20. Support other team members and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
