Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field Such As Mechanical, Electrical, Or Industrial Engineering.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Quality Engineering In A Manufacturing Environment, Preferably In The Semiconductor Industry.
Knowledge And Experience With Npi (New Product Introduction) Processes, Including Design Validation, Supplier Management, And Product Launch.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Quality Issues In A Timely Manner.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Suppliers To Ensure Product Quality And Customer Satisfaction.
