  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality standards for new product development.
  2. Develop and maintain quality control processes and procedures for new product introduction (NPI).
  3. Conduct risk assessments and identify potential quality issues during NPI process.
  4. Monitor and analyze product quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  5. Implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues and prevent future occurrences.
  6. Work closely with suppliers to ensure their processes and components meet quality standards.
  7. Lead root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
  8. Create and maintain quality documentation, including specifications, test plans, and reports.
  9. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure quality standards are met during production.
  10. Provide training and support to team members on quality systems and processes.
  11. Stay current with industry standards and regulations related to product quality.
  12. Communicate quality-related information and updates to cross-functional teams and management.
  13. Participate in NPI meetings and provide input to improve product design and development processes.
  14. Represent the quality function during customer and supplier audits.
  15. Uphold the company's commitment to quality and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field Such As Mechanical, Electrical, Or Industrial Engineering.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Quality Engineering In A Manufacturing Environment, Preferably In The Semiconductor Industry.

  • Knowledge And Experience With Npi (New Product Introduction) Processes, Including Design Validation, Supplier Management, And Product Launch.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Quality Issues In A Timely Manner.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Suppliers To Ensure Product Quality And Customer Satisfaction.
