  1. Develop and implement strategies to optimize the materials program and ensure efficient delivery of materials to support technology development.
  2. Oversee and manage all aspects of the materials program, including planning, sourcing, purchasing, inventory management, and logistics.
  3. Monitor and analyze material usage and demand to anticipate future needs and make proactive adjustments to the program.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of the materials program with other business functions.
  5. Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure favorable pricing and timely delivery of materials.
  6. Develop and maintain key performance metrics to track program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for materials management processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  8. Lead and develop a team of materials program specialists, providing coaching, training, and performance management.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in materials management to continually improve the program and stay ahead of the competition.
  10. Report regularly to senior management on program progress, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Materials Program Management Within The Technology Industry.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Supply Chain Processes, Including Procurement, Planning, And Inventory Management.

  • Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team, As Well As Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Suppliers And Internal Stakeholders.
