- Lead and manage a team of customer quality engineers to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, manufacturing, and customer support to identify and address quality issues.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to understand their quality requirements and expectations.

- Develop and maintain quality policies, procedures, and standards for the organization.
- Communicate quality metrics and performance to senior management and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Train and mentor team members on quality processes and procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to continuously improve processes and standards.
- Represent NVIDIA and its commitment to quality in customer meetings, events, and conferences.
- Handle escalations from customers and provide timely and effective resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement quality improvement programs.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Foster a culture of quality and customer satisfaction within the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Quality Engineering Or A Customer-Facing Role
Strong Understanding Of Quality Management Systems And Methodologies, Such As Iso 9001 And Six Sigma
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Customer Relationships
Proven Leadership Experience, With The Ability To Mentor And Develop A Team Of Quality Engineers And Drive Continuous Improvement Initiatives.
