Are you an experienced Compiler Engineering Manager looking to join a leading technology company? NVIDIA is looking for an innovative and collaborative leader to join our team as Manager of Compiler Engineering. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in driving the development and optimization of the compilers for NVIDIA's product family.To be successful in this role, you should have a solid understanding of compiler development, optimization, and debugging techniques, as well as a strong technical background in C, C++, and assembly language. You should also have a proven track record of successfully managing software engineering teams and leading them to success. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of engineers in the development and optimization of the compilers for NVIDIA's product family.
  2. Guide engineering teams in debugging, optimizing, and testing of compilers.
  3. Ensure that development and optimization processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
  4. Provide technical guidance and support to engineering teams.
  5. Monitor and review code quality, performance, and reliability of compilers.
  6. Manage the performance of the engineering teams and ensure that goals are being met.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners.
  8. Lead the team in the implementation and execution of new strategies and initiatives.
  9. Communicate effectively with other departments and stakeholders to ensure successful projects.
  10. Manage and lead the team to ensure that deadlines are met.
