Job Description

We're looking for an amazing IT Service Manager to join the NVIDIA team! In this position, you'll be managing the IT service operations of the organization and ensuring that our customers are receiving the best IT support possible.We're looking for someone with strong technical abilities, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends. The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT service management and a demonstrated track record of successful IT service delivery.You will be working closely with our customers, IT team, and other departments to ensure that our IT services are meeting customer expectations and that our processes are efficient and effective. We need someone with a passion for technology and customer service who can foster a positive and productive work environment. If you have the technical expertise and customer service skills to excel in this role, we'd love to hear from you!
