  1. Develop and implement the internal audit plan to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of our internal controls and processes.
  2. Conduct risk assessments and identify potential areas of risk within the organization.
  3. Lead and manage a team of auditors to perform audits in accordance with established standards and procedures.
  4. Review and evaluate the adequacy of internal controls, identify control deficiencies, and recommend improvements.
  5. Prepare detailed reports of audit findings and present them to senior management.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement remediation plans for identified deficiencies.
  7. Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance in all audit activities.
  8. Train and mentor staff on audit procedures and techniques.
  9. Coordinate with external auditors and assist with the annual financial audit.
  10. Communicate effectively with all levels of management and provide guidance on internal control matters.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  12. Participate in special projects as needed to support the company's goals and objectives.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve the internal audit process to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Ensure confidentiality and integrity of all audit information and reports.
  15. Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the internal audit team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Internal Audit, Preferably In A Large Technology Company.

  • Professional Certification Such As Cia (Certified Internal Auditor) Or Cisa (Certified Information Systems Auditor).

  • Strong Understanding Of Internal Control Frameworks, Risk Assessment Methodologies, And Audit Standards.

  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Project Management Skills.
