
Inception Community Manager, North America
We’re looking for an Inception Community Manager, North America to be the face of NVIDIA throughout the United States and Canada. This role is essential in building a vibrant and engaged community to inspire a passion for our products and services. The ideal candidate will be an experienced and energetic professional with exceptional communication skills, and a passion for leading conversations with our customers.The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in building, managing, and growing online communities. They will have the necessary skills to develop strategies to increase customer engagement, foster meaningful relationships with key stakeholders, and monitor and moderate conversations. Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a vibrant and engaged online community for NVIDIA in the US and Canada.
- Develop strategies to increase customer engagement and foster meaningful relationships with key stakeholders.
- Monitor conversations and moderate content in the online community.
- Create engaging content and campaigns to capture the attention of target audiences.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure customer-first approach.
- Think creatively to develop solutions to any issues or challenges.
- Actively engage with customers and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Track and analyze data to measure the success of community initiatives.
