Responsibilities:

1. Assist with the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department.
2. Implement and adhere to HR policies, procedures and practices.
3. Maintain the HR database, ensuring accuracy of employee information.
4. Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening and interviewing candidates.
5. Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
6. Provide support for employee relations issues.
7. Process employee benefits and payroll.
8. Monitor employee performance and attendance.
9. Develop and implement HR training programs.
10. Generate HR reports and analyze trends.
