Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Hardware Customer Quality Engineer to join the NVIDIA team! As a Hardware Customer Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of NVIDIA's hardware products and customer service. To be successful in this role, you must have strong customer service and communication skills, as well as an in-depth knowledge of hardware design and process. You should also be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience with debugging hardware and software issues is essential. Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify hardware product quality issues.
  2. Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  3. Conduct regular tests and inspections on hardware products to ensure quality and reliability.
  4. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  5. Provide technical support to customers and assist with installation and setup of hardware products.
  6. Create and maintain user manuals and other documentation related to hardware products.
  7. Manage customer service inquiries, issues, and requests.
  8. Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product quality.
  9. Keep up-to-date with changes in hardware technologies and best practices.
  10. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and hardware product quality.
