Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In It Service Management, Preferably In A Technology Company.
Strong Knowledge And Experience With Servicenow Itsm Platform.
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Proven Experience In Implementing And Optimizing Itsm Processes, Such As Incident Management, Change Management, And Problem Management.
