At NVIDIA, we are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Customer Program Management Intern who can help us continue to provide world-class customer service. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in technology, excellent communication skills, the ability to use analytical thinking to solve problems, and a desire to learn and grow. We are seeking an individual who is highly motivated, organized, and has a passion for the customer experience.The Customer Program Management Intern will be an integral part of NVIDIA's Customer Program Management team, working closely with our customers to ensure that their needs are met in a timely and effective manner. This position requires a high degree of customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, driven, and have a passion for learning and working in a fast-paced environment.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Business, Marketing, Computer Science, etc.)• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Highly organized and detail-oriented• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively• Proven ability to think critically and analyze complex problems• Knowledge of customer service and customer experience best practices• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software• Familiarity with NVIDIA products and services

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide world-class customer service to NVIDIA customers.
  2. Work closely with customers to ensure their needs are being met in a timely and effective manner.
  3. Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  4. Utilize analytical thinking to solve complex customer problems and issues.
  5. Manage customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
  6. Develop and implement customer service and customer experience best practices.
  7. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software to complete customer-facing tasks.
  8. Stay up-to-date on NVIDIA products and services.
  9. Help to identify and resolve customer issues and complaints.
  10. Assist in the development and implementation of customer programs and initiatives.
