  1. Collaborate with a team of professionals to develop and deliver high-performance custom platforms.
  2. Utilize knowledge and expertise in performance engineering to optimize systems and push the boundaries of what is possible in computing.
  3. Work with the latest hardware and software technologies to fine-tune and improve performance.
  4. Conduct thorough testing and analysis to identify and resolve any performance issues.
  5. Develop and implement strategies to improve system performance, including benchmarking and performance tuning.
  6. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in performance engineering, and implement best practices in our custom platform development.
  7. Communicate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure performance goals are met.
  8. Work closely with hardware and software vendors to optimize performance and address any compatibility issues.
  9. Collaborate with product development teams to ensure performance goals are met throughout the development process.
  10. Continuously identify and implement improvements to increase performance and efficiency.
  11. Maintain detailed documentation of performance testing and optimization processes.
  12. Demonstrate a strong understanding of system architecture and how different components affect performance.
  13. Participate in code reviews and provide performance optimization suggestions.
  14. Stay organized and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  15. Attend meetings and provide updates on performance engineering progress and potential challenges.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum 5 Years Of Experience In Performance Engineering, Preferably In The Gaming Or High-Performance Computing Industry.

  • Expertise In Developing And Optimizing Software For Custom Hardware Platforms, Including Gpus And Processors.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As C++, Cuda, And Python.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Experience With Performance Profiling Tools, Such As Nvidia Nsight Systems And Visual Profiler.
