
CPU Compiler Engineer
We’re looking for a highly-skilled and motivated CPU Compiler Engineer to join our NVIDIA team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for developing cutting-edge CPU compilers that will shape the future of GPU computing.This is a great opportunity for an experienced engineer to work with the latest technologies and have a direct impact on the performance of our products. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving CPU compilers to their maximum potential, and developing innovative solutions to increase performance.To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering and a proven track record in CPU compiler development. You should also have strong knowledge of compiler optimizations, data flow analysis, and assembly code generation. Previous experience with LLVM or Clang is preferred, but not required.We’re looking for someone who is passionate about technology and eager to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities:
- Drive CPU compilers to their maximum potential and develop innovative solutions to increase performance.
- Develop cutting-edge CPU compilers that will shape the future of GPU computing.
- Research, analyze, and implement compiler optimizations, data flow analysis, and assembly code generation.
- Optimize existing compiler code for improved performance and efficiency.
- Maintain and update existing compiler code.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Monitor trends in compiler development and suggest strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Participate in the design and development of new features and tools.
- Develop test cases to ensure code functionality and performance.
- Troubleshoot and debug compiler code.
