Job Description

Act as comp business partner, strategic solution provider and expert adviser to engineering business until leaders and HRBPs by combining in-depth knowledge of compensation principles, understanding of the business and market landscape. Provide proactive, deep insights to guide decision making and continuously work with people leaders and HRBPs to make sound comp decisions. Support and advise on comp related activities: strategic new hire offers, promotions, international transfers, budget allocation and top talent retention. Provide and deliver compensation training and education materials to HRBPs and managers. Work with compensation team to roll out and support the implementation of all comp programs, corporate projects and initiatives Identify opportunities to help improve comp programs, policies and processes to ensure they support business strategy and help drive performance.

Job Qualifications
  • 8+ years of directly related compensation experience in consulting and analyst roles

  • Experience of tech industry market and trends (CCP preferred)

  • Deep knowledge of compensation approaches in the US and globally

  • Strong initiative, is self-managed and can multi-task
