We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Compensation Analyst to join NVIDIA's Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational support to the compensation team, as well as developing and managing NVIDIA’s total rewards program. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail, as well as the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a compensation-related role• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills• Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and make decisions• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and HRIS systems• Thorough understanding of compensation principles and practices
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and assess existing compensation structure and make recommendations for improvement.
- Develop, implement, and manage NVIDIA’s total rewards program.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other relevant documentation to support the compensation team.
- Monitor and analyze competitive market data to ensure NVIDIA remains competitive in total rewards offerings.
- Monitor and analyze trends in job market conditions and the company’s compensation policies and practices.
- Manage the ongoing administration of compensation policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
- Assist with the implementation of new compensation programs and initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on all aspects of compensation.
- Maintain HRIS system with up-to-date compensation data.
