Production Associate

Responsible for finishing/assembly operations to ensure quality products are produced. Works from process sheets or written/verbal instructions given by supervisor to perform production tasks. Understands setup and final assembly instructions. Processes product through various processes to ensure the highest quality parts goes out the door. Follows the router protocol to ensure the product moves through channels efficiently. Follows standard applications in order to achieve dimensional integrity and required finish characteristics including repair and rework of parts. Works from drawings and work instructions to plan the finishing/assembly or re-work to be performed. Drives quality compliance b documenting results, and by using workmanship standards and 5S principles.
