You will engage with internal marketing teams as well as our sales force and surgeon customers. Other key responsibilities include surgical technique development, sales training, surgeon education, and tradeshow support. Define and validate market requirements in collaboration with upstream marketing. Drive creation of product value messaging and product claims substantiation through clinical evidence generation. Develop marketing assets such as surgical techniques, sales collateral, and product in-service guides. Provide direct technical support to the sales force on product positioning. Participate in key sales situations for the product such as surgeon engagements. Own revenue and margin targets within procedure portfolios.
