Associate Manager, Operations Value Stream

Leads team to deliver and achieve key KPIs focusing on product availability, customer fulfillment, inventory accuracy and reduction, cost and productivity. Develops and implements standard processes and workflow to ensure consistent and repeatable results. Maintains deliverables to the production plan and collaborates with Demand Planners, Procurement and partnerships with cross-functional teams. Identifies opportunities for improvement in established processes, determines root cause, and implements solutions to solve Coaches and develops shareowners to ensure they are properly motivated and trained, supporting on the job training and career progression. Establishes individual goals and provides comprehensive evaluations/feedback to shareowners on their performance to those goals. Assists the Distribution Operations team to ensure productivity measures are met and maintained.
