Job Description

The Senior UX Designer is embedded in a cross-functional team where they partner with a Product Manager and an Engineering Team Lead to shape the direction of our products. Attend ceremonies within the UX department including critiques, walk-throughs, weekly syncs, retros, and team building activities. Keep projects on track throughout the product design process. Conduct user tests and gather feedback to support product decisions. Distill and communicate the results of user research and demonstrate how it impacts the user experience. Manage multiple projects at once while maintaining high quality. Self-manage your time and productivity by prioritizing work that will have the most value. Participate in a community of a vibrant mix of designers, researchers, and product people.

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of UX or Product Design experience working on shipped digital products, including mobile and web applications

  • Working knowledge of underlying digital technologies such as HTML, CSS, Javascript, Git, ReactJS

  • Track record of self-motivated productivity with an outcome of critical thinking and creative problem-solving

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating how you made complex products feel simple and intuitive while articulating the problem being solved
