  • Develop and implement Nutrien's cybersecurity portfolio strategy to effectively protect the organization from cyber threats.
  • Lead and manage all aspects of the cybersecurity portfolio, including architecture, projects, and resources.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of Nutrien's current cybersecurity measures and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize critical assets and data that require protection.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of cybersecurity initiatives with business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest cybersecurity threats and industry best practices to continuously enhance Nutrien's security posture.
  • Proactively identify potential vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Provide guidance and support to other cybersecurity team members and internal stakeholders on security architecture and project management.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of cybersecurity processes, procedures, and protocols.
  • Participate in incident response and investigations as necessary to identify root causes and implement remediation plans.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on cybersecurity matters and represent Nutrien in industry forums and conferences.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Cybersecurity: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In The Field Of Cybersecurity, With A Proven Track Record Of Implementing Successful Security Strategies And Solutions At A Global Level.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Global Portfolio Management: The Senior Cybersecurity Global Portfolio Architect Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Global Portfolio Management And How It Relates To Cybersecurity. They Should Have Experience In Managing Complex Portfolios And Be Able To Develop And Implement Strategies To Mitigate Risks Across The Organization.

  • Expertise In Risk Management And Compliance: The Candidate Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Risk Management And Compliance Frameworks, Including Iso 27001, Nist, And Gdpr. They Should Be Able To Assess And Manage Risks Effectively, And Ensure Compliance With International Cybersecurity Regulations.

  • Strong Technical Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Technical Background, With Experience In Designing And Implementing Security Solutions Such As Firewalls, Intrusion Detection Systems, And Vulnerability Assessments. They Should Also Have A Good Understanding Of Emerging Technologies And Their Potential Impact On Cybersecurity.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills: As A Senior Member Of The Cybersecurity Team, The Global Portfolio Architect Will Be Required To Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders And Provide Guidance And Leadership To The Team. Strong Communication, Collaboration, And Leadership Skills Are Essential For Success In This Role.
