SAP Functional Lead, Schedule to Deliver

- Lead the implementation, maintenance, and support of the Schedule to Deliver module in our SAP system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of the Schedule to Deliver module with other SAP modules and business processes.
- Analyze and understand business requirements, and translate them into functional specifications for the Schedule to Deliver module.
- Ensure that the Schedule to Deliver module meets business needs and is aligned with industry best practices.
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues or inefficiencies within the Schedule to Deliver module, and provide timely and effective solutions.
- Monitor and maintain system performance, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain user training materials and provide training to end-users on the Schedule to Deliver module.
- Stay updated on the latest SAP functionalities and advancements, and make recommendations for improvement and optimization of the Schedule to Deliver module.
- Act as a subject matter expert for the Schedule to Deliver module, providing guidance and support to other team members.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the SAP team.
- Communicate project status, issues, and risks to key stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Collaborate with external vendors and consultants as needed.
