  1. Coordinate and manage all aspects of the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
  2. Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and assist them in creating job descriptions and selecting the best candidates for their teams.
  3. Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and providing a positive and welcoming experience.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files, including personal information, benefits, and performance evaluations.
  5. Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs to support the company's goals and values.
  6. Provide support for employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  7. Coordinate and manage employee training and development programs to support career growth and advancement.
  8. Act as a point of contact for employees, answering questions and providing guidance on HR-related matters.
  9. Stay current on industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvements to HR processes and procedures.
  10. Promote a positive and inclusive work culture by organizing team-building activities, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and other events to foster a sense of community and belonging.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company-wide initiatives and projects.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  13. Stay compliant with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline HR processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Hr, Preferably In A Coordinator Role

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills

  • Strong Organizational And Time-Management Abilities To Handle Multiple Tasks And Deadlines
