
Full-Time Seasonal Lab Technician

- Perform laboratory tests and experiments according to established procedures and protocols.
- Accurately record and analyze data, and generate reports to be used for quality control and product development.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and ensure that it is calibrated and functioning properly.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of laboratory supplies and reagents.
- Communicate effectively with other departments and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate results.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and advancements in laboratory techniques.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Take initiative to identify and suggest improvements to laboratory processes and procedures.
- Train and mentor new laboratory technicians as needed.
- Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends during busy seasons.
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
Bachelor's Degree In Chemistry, Biochemistry, Or Related Field.
Previous Experience Working In A Laboratory Setting, Preferably In The Agriculture Or Fertilizer Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Laboratory Safety Procedures And Protocols.
Familiarity With Analytical Instrumentation And Techniques, Such As Hplc, Gc, And Wet Chemistry Methods.
Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team, With Excellent Time-Management And Organizational Skills.
