  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of Nutrien's facilities, ensuring that all activities and processes run smoothly and efficiently.
  2. Develop and implement standard operating procedures for facility operations to maintain consistency and ensure high-quality output.
  3. Take responsibility for the safety and security of the facility, including conducting regular safety inspections and addressing any potential hazards.
  4. Manage maintenance and repairs of facility equipment and infrastructure, coordinating with relevant teams and external service providers as needed.
  5. Monitor and manage facility budget and expenses, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented.
  6. Lead a team of staff and contractors, providing guidance and support to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  7. Collaborate with other departments and teams within Nutrien to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
  8. Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  9. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies, including health and safety protocols.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in facility management, and implement relevant changes as needed.
  11. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication among team members.
  12. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to facility operations and maintenance.
  13. Communicate any significant issues or concerns to upper management and provide regular updates on facility operations.
  14. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes related to facility operations and management.
  15. Continuously monitor and evaluate facility processes and procedures, recommending and implementing improvements as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Facility Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Facility Management, Preferably In A Large-Scale Industrial Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Building Systems And Maintenance Procedures, Including Hvac, Electrical, And Plumbing.

  • Familiarity With Regulatory Requirements And Safety Protocols For Industrial Facilities.
