  1. Develop and implement effective environmental remediation programs to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  2. Oversee and manage all environmental remediation projects, including budget, timeline, and resource allocation.
  3. Conduct regular environmental audits and inspections to identify any potential issues and take corrective actions as needed.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain environmental policies and procedures.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in environmental remediation and incorporate them into the company's practices.
  6. Monitor and track environmental performance metrics and report regularly to senior management.
  7. Ensure all environmental remediation activities are carried out safely and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  8. Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
  9. Facilitate training and education programs for employees to promote a culture of environmental responsibility.
  10. Respond to environmental incidents and emergencies in a timely and effective manner.
  11. Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in environmental remediation processes and procedures.
  12. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all environmental remediation activities and expenses.
  13. Provide guidance and support to other departments on environmental remediation matters.
  14. Develop and manage the annual environmental remediation budget.
  15. Act as a company representative in community and government meetings related to environmental remediation.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Environmental Science, Geology, Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Environmental Remediation, Preferably In The Agriculture Or Mining Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Local, State, And Federal Environmental Regulations And Compliance Requirements.

  • Proven Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage A Team Of Environmental Professionals.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
