Digital Identity Program Manager

Lead the design, implementation, and management of Nutrien’s global Identity and Access Management (IAM) program, ensuring authorized access to application, systems, and data resources, authentication, and auditability mechanisms. Ensure that Nutrien continues to refine Privileged Access Management (PAM) across all of IT globally. Develop and implement global enterprise-wide strategy and standards for IAM programs ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with Access governance framework and operating model. Act as subject matter expert (SME) for IAM and PAM topics. Prioritize and execute elements of the program based on risk and business objectives. Coordinate the design, creation, and implementation of security roles, profiles, and attribute. Develop and monitor IAM Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Utilize lean concepts of continuous improvement and reassessment of the IAM systems and programs.
