  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.
  2. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely and efficient completion of construction projects.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
  4. Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and protocols, maintaining a strong commitment to safety throughout the construction process.
  5. Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, identify any potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  6. Manage project budgets and expenses, ensuring that projects are completed within allocated funds.
  7. Hire, train, and manage a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work and adherence to project timelines.
  8. Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to secure the best possible pricing and terms.
  9. Proactively identify and address any potential risks or challenges that may arise during the construction process.
  10. Maintain accurate project documentation and records, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
  11. Continuously seek out innovative solutions and strategies to improve construction processes and increase efficiency.
  12. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication among project team members.
  13. Stay informed about industry trends and developments, and incorporate new techniques and technologies into construction projects as appropriate.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Construction Management, Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Construction Project Management.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Construction Processes, Codes, And Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Manage A Team.

  • Proficient In Project Management Software And Microsoft Office Suite.
