Utility Clerk

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Utility Clerk to join our team at Nugget Markets! In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while performing various functions to ensure a smooth and efficient store operation. The ideal candidate for this position must have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, able to multitask and work in a team setting, and have experience in a retail setting. Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent customer service to all customers
2. Greet customers and respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
3. Monitor the store for safety and security
4. Assist in stocking shelves, organizing displays, and replenishing inventory
5. Maintain accurate records of store transactions
6. Process payments and issue receipts
7. Ensure the store is clean and organized
8. Assist customers with their purchases
9. Assist with opening and closing the store
10. Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager
