Nugget Markets is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Loss Prevention Agent to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for protecting the assets of the company and ensuring our stores meet all safety and security standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in loss prevention and safety, excellent communication skills, and an unwavering commitment to customer service. Responsibilities:

Monitor store premises to identify potential security risks and take appropriate action.
Investigate incidents of theft and other suspicious activities.
Prepare detailed reports on losses and security issues.
Ensure the safety and security of store personnel, customers, and property.
Maintain knowledge of current safety and security laws and regulations.
Develop and implement loss prevention strategies and policies.
Perform regular store audits to identify areas of vulnerability.
Train store personnel in safety and security protocols.
Respond to emergency situations.
Monitor surveillance equipment and investigate any breaches.
