Coordinate customer support as well as development and qualification trials with operating and technical personnel. Provide field support for sheet customers, including: claims resolution, cost savings ideas, on-site trial support, on-site problem solving. Provide customer feedback, customer requirements, and corrective action guidance to mill-based commercial, technical and operations personnel. This position requires extensive travel, domestic and international.
