PC Technician

The PC Technician’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, taking care of our customers by executing the division's safety, quality, cost, and productivity and profitability objectives. In this highly visible support role, superior customer service shall be the hallmark of the successful candidate. The successful candidate will strive to become the primary point of contact for all IT related support issues by responding to support requests in a timely and efficient manner and work to resolve issues that arise in a networked environment, including problems with client software and hardware, network printers and IP network connectivity.
