The Jr. Accountant fulfills an integral transactional and reporting function in the Finance Department with a focus on customer service to both internal and external customers. Generate daily invoices, apply appropriate sales tax and resolve issues as they relate to invoicing. Process intercompany accounts payable transactions. Maintain select general ledger accounts reconciliations. Process the remitting of monthly sales tax. Assist with all weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly closings.
