  1. Develop and implement space management policies and procedures in accordance with federal regulations and agency standards.
  2. Conduct regular audits and assessments of office and storage spaces to identify inefficiencies and make recommendations for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with department heads and staff to understand their space needs and develop plans to meet those needs while maximizing space utilization.
  4. Monitor and maintain accurate records of space usage, including floor plans, occupancy rates, and lease agreements.
  5. Coordinate and oversee office moves and relocations, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
  6. Manage leases and contracts for office and storage spaces, negotiating terms and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  7. Continuously evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve space management processes.
  8. Train and educate staff on space management policies and procedures, promoting a culture of resource efficiency and optimization.
  9. Conduct research and analysis to inform decision-making and identify potential cost savings opportunities.
  10. Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on space management initiatives and identify areas for improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Architecture, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Knowledge Of Space Management Principles And Techniques.
