Deputy Director, Division of Security Operations

We’re looking for an experienced and highly motivated Deputy Director to join the Division of Security Operations at the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC). 2. Manage and oversee team of security professionals in the Division of Security Operations.
3. Coordinate with other NRC divisions and Federal agencies to ensure effective security operations.
4. Monitor, analyze, and report on security operations and security plans.
5. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with NRC security regulations.
6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
7. Conduct regular training and exercises to ensure personnel are up to date with security procedures.
8. Stay current with relevant security regulations and best practices.
9. Provide strategic direction and ensure alignment with NRC objectives.
10. Participate in security-related meetings and conferences.
