Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer to join the Nubank team and help us create delightful, intuitive, and user-centric experiences for our customers.We’re looking for a creative problem solver who loves to work with complex challenges and can distill them into simple solutions. The ideal candidate is an experienced designer who is passionate about user experience and user interface design, and has an eye for detail.At Nubank, we’re looking for people with the following qualifications:• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design• Proven ability to create polished visuals and prototypes• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Invision• Knowledge of user-research methods and the ability to use user feedback to inform design decisions• Excellent communication and collaboration skillsIf you’re ready to take on the challenge of making Nubank’s products even better, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Create polished visuals and prototypes for Nubank products • Use design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Invision • Utilize user-research methods and user feedback to inform design decisions • Collaborate with other teams to ensure the success of Nubank products • Develop intuitive and user-centric experiences for Nubank customers • Ensure designs meet customer needs and product requirements • Stay up-to-date on UX/UI trends and best practices
