UX/UI Designer

We’re looking for a creative, passionate, and highly motivated UX/UI Designer to join our team at Nubank. Responsibilities:

1. Create intuitive, modern, and visually appealing user interfaces and user experience designs across multiple platforms.
2. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in UX design and ensure that designs meet usability principles.
3. Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to demonstrate design concepts.
4. Work collaboratively with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that designs meet user needs, product requirements, and business objectives.
5. Research and analyze user feedback and data to identify opportunities for improvement.
6. Ensure that design deliverables are consistent with the product roadmap and company brand guidelines.
7. Create and maintain documentation for design system components.
8. Execute design projects from concept to completion.
9. Take part in usability testing sessions to ensure that designs are user-friendly.
10. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers.
