Responsibilities:

1. Provide strategic HR guidance and support to Nubank’s leadership team.
2. Develop and implement strategies to build a positive company culture and a productive work environment.
3. Design and oversee initiatives to promote employee engagement and growth.
4. Advise on HR policies and procedures and ensure they are consistently followed.
5. Foster relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure the smooth operation of HR functions.
6. Manage and resolve employee relations issues as they arise.
7. Develop and implement programs to identify and address employee needs and concerns.
8. Monitor recruitment, onboarding, and training processes to ensure they meet standards.
9. Identify areas of improvement and develop solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations.
10. Stay up-to-date on changes in labor laws and regulations and ensure compliance.
