
HR Business Partner

The successful candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong background in HR, preferably with experience in a start-up environment.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, with at least five years of experience as an HR Business Partner. You must have a deep understanding of HR principles, a strong attention to detail, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic HR guidance and support to Nubank’s leadership team.
- Develop and implement strategies to build a positive company culture and a productive work environment.
- Design and oversee initiatives to promote employee engagement and growth.
- Advise on HR policies and procedures and ensure they are consistently followed.
- Foster relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure the smooth operation of HR functions.
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues as they arise.
- Develop and implement programs to identify and address employee needs and concerns.
- Monitor recruitment, onboarding, and training processes to ensure they meet standards.
- Identify areas of improvement and develop solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in labor laws and regulations and ensure compliance.
