Compliance Officer

Nubank is looking for an experienced Compliance Officer to join our growing team. Responsibilities for Compliance Officer: • Monitor, review, and analyze current and proposed laws, regulations, and other related guidance to ensure company compliance. • Develop and implement strategies to ensure the company is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. • Provide expertise and guidance to ensure the company is compliant with applicable laws and regulations. • Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. • Lead compliance training and education programs. • Monitor compliance performance and provide regular updates to senior management. • Investigate and respond to compliance-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance across the organization. • Advise senior management on compliance issues and emerging risks. • Maintain records of all compliance activities and ensure compliance-related documentation is up to date.
