- Oversee the packaging operations at Novo Nordisk's Charlotte facility.
- Ensure timely and efficient production of life-saving pharmaceutical products.
- Manage and supervise packaging team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
- Develop and implement packaging procedures and protocols to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.

Strong Leadership Skills: A Supervisor, Packaging Clt Should Have Experience In Leading And Managing A Team Of Packaging Technicians. They Should Be Able To Effectively Delegate Tasks, Provide Guidance And Support, And Ensure The Team Meets Production Targets.
Knowledge Of Packaging Processes And Equipment: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Packaging Processes And Equipment Used In The Pharmaceutical Industry. This Includes Knowledge Of Packaging Materials, Machinery, And Quality Control Procedures.
Experience In A Gmp Environment: Novo Nordisk Operates In A Highly Regulated Industry, And The Supervisor, Packaging Clt Should Have Experience Working In A Good Manufacturing Practice (Gmp) Environment. They Should Be Familiar With Gmp Guidelines And Be Able To Ensure Compliance Within Their Team.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Supervisor, Effective Communication Is Crucial In Ensuring That The Packaging Team Works Efficiently And Collaboratively. The Candidate Should Possess Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Communicate With Team Members, Cross-Functional Departments, And Management.
