- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement for Novo Nordisk
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Manage and monitor all social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and maintaining a consistent brand voice
- Utilize social media analytics to track and report on key metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates, and use data to inform and optimize future strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and public relations, to ensure consistency and alignment with overall brand messaging and goals
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices, and proactively make recommendations for improvement and innovation
- Identify and collaborate with influencers and partners to amplify the reach and impact of social media campaigns
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and optimization
- Monitor social media conversations and trends related to Novo Nordisk and provide timely and appropriate responses or escalations as needed
- Maintain a strong understanding of Novo Nordisk's products, services, and overall brand to effectively communicate and promote them on social media
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay informed about the latest developments in social media and digital marketing.
Strong Understanding Of Various Social Media Platforms And Their Algorithms, Including But Not Limited To Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, And Linkedin.
Experience Developing And Implementing Successful Social Media Marketing Strategies, Especially In The Healthcare Industry.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Create Engaging And Effective Content For Social Media Platforms.
Proven Track Record Of Growing And Engaging A Social Media Audience, With A Focus On Building Brand Awareness And Driving Conversions.
