  1. Develop and implement pricing and contract strategies in alignment with company goals and objectives.
  2. Conduct market analysis and monitor industry trends to inform pricing and contract decisions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, finance, and legal to develop pricing and contract proposals.
  4. Negotiate and manage contracts with key stakeholders, including payers, wholesalers, and distributors.
  5. Monitor and analyze market competition to ensure competitive pricing and contract terms.
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to pricing and contracting.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders, including customers and industry associations.
  8. Provide guidance and support to sales teams on pricing and contract strategy execution.
  9. Analyze and report on the effectiveness of pricing and contract strategies and make recommendations for improvements.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in pricing and contracting.
  11. Train and mentor junior team members on pricing and contract strategy.
  12. Represent the company at conferences, events, and industry meetings related to pricing and contracting.
  13. Monitor and manage pricing and contract budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  14. Drive continuous improvement efforts to optimize pricing and contract processes.
  15. Communicate pricing and contract strategies and updates to senior management and other relevant stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
