  1. Conduct thorough research and analysis of all relevant laws and regulations in the healthcare industry to ensure compliance with Novo Nordisk's operations.
  2. Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations.
  3. Regularly review and update existing compliance policies and procedures to ensure they are up-to-date and effective.
  4. Collaborate with various departments and teams to ensure that all processes and practices are in line with regulatory requirements.
  5. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify any potential compliance issues and develop action plans to address them.
  6. Serve as a subject matter expert on all compliance matters and provide guidance and training to employees at all levels.
  7. Monitor and track any changes in laws and regulations and communicate updates and implications to relevant stakeholders.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation of all compliance activities.
  9. Respond to any compliance-related inquiries and investigations from regulatory bodies.
  10. Work closely with external partners and vendors to ensure their compliance with Novo Nordisk's standards and regulations.
  11. Generate reports and presentations on compliance activities and present to senior management as needed.
  12. Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of compliance programs and make recommendations for improvements.
  13. Stay informed about industry best practices and changes in laws and regulations to proactively address any potential compliance issues.
  14. Foster a culture of compliance within the organization by promoting ethical behavior and encouraging employees to report any potential compliance concerns.
  15. Represent Novo Nordisk in compliance-related meetings and conferences as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Law, Business, Or Healthcare Administration.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Regulatory Compliance, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Relevant Regulations And Guidelines, Such As Fda Regulations, Hipaa, And Good Clinical Practice (Gcp).

  • Strong Understanding Of Quality Management Systems And Experience With Conducting Audits And Implementing Corrective Actions.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Complex Regulatory Information To Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
