  1. Monitor and stay up-to-date on all relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to the healthcare industry.
  2. Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  3. Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify any potential compliance issues and address them in a timely manner.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance requirements are met in all aspects of the business.
  5. Provide guidance and support to various departments to ensure that all processes and activities are compliant with regulatory standards.
  6. Stay informed on changes in regulatory requirements and communicate any updates to relevant stakeholders.
  7. Conduct training sessions for employees to promote awareness and understanding of compliance policies and procedures.
  8. Review promotional and marketing materials to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all compliance-related activities.
  10. Serve as a liaison between the company and regulatory agencies during inspections and audits.
  11. Investigate and report any compliance violations or concerns to management.
  12. Develop and maintain relationships with external regulatory agencies and stay updated on their expectations and requirements.
  13. Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  14. Participate in cross-functional teams to advise on compliance-related matters.
  15. Keep abreast of industry best practices and make recommendations for continuous improvement of compliance processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Law, Business, Or Healthcare.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Regulatory Compliance, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Relevant Regulations And Guidelines, Including Fda And Ema.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Apply Complex Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Regulatory Agencies.
