  1. Ensure that all aspects of the company's operations are in compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
  2. Conduct audits and reviews to identify potential compliance issues and recommend appropriate actions.
  3. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  4. Stay up-to-date on changes in regulations and communicate any updates or changes to relevant stakeholders.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that compliance requirements are integrated into business processes.
  6. Conduct training sessions for employees to increase awareness of regulatory compliance and ethical standards.
  7. Investigate and address any compliance violations or concerns.
  8. Manage relationships with regulatory agencies and respond to any inquiries or requests for information.
  9. Monitor and assess compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  10. Prepare and submit necessary documentation and reports to regulatory agencies.
  11. Participate in internal and external compliance audits.
  12. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compliance activities.
  13. Act as a resource for employees regarding compliance questions and concerns.
  14. Proactively identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancing compliance processes.
  15. Uphold the company's commitment to ethical standards and foster a culture of compliance throughout the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Law, Business, Or Healthcare

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Regulatory Compliance, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Fda Regulations And International Regulatory Requirements

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally And Communicate Complex Information Effectively

  • Attention To Detail And Ability To Analyze And Interpret Complex Regulatory Documents And Data.
