1. Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines related to the pharmaceutical industry.
2. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
3. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify any potential compliance issues and develop corrective action plans.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain compliant processes and procedures.
5. Keep abreast of any changes in regulations and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
6. Review and approve all promotional materials and ensure they comply with applicable regulations.
7. Facilitate training and education programs for employees to promote a culture of compliance.
