- Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines related to the pharmaceutical industry.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify any potential compliance issues and develop corrective action plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain compliant processes and procedures.
- Keep abreast of any changes in regulations and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Review and approve all promotional materials and ensure they comply with applicable regulations.
- Facilitate training and education programs for employees to promote a culture of compliance.
- Investigate any reported compliance violations and take appropriate action to address and prevent similar occurrences.
- Prepare and submit reports to regulatory agencies as required.
- Continuously assess and improve compliance processes to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to colleagues on compliance-related matters.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all compliance activities.
- Represent the company in regulatory and compliance meetings and discussions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure Novo Nordisk remains at the forefront of compliance.
- Uphold the company's values and commitments to ethical and legal compliance.
Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Guidelines, As Well As International Regulatory Requirements.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Or Business.
3-5 Years Of Experience In Regulatory Compliance Within The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Quality Systems And Processes, Including Risk Management And Auditing.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Complex Regulatory Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
