  1. Conduct routine quality control tests on pharmaceutical products to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.
  2. Analyze and interpret test results, and promptly report any deviations or non-conformities.
  3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all testing procedures and results.
  4. Identify and troubleshoot issues or abnormalities in product quality and work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
  5. Monitor and maintain laboratory equipment and supplies to ensure proper functioning and availability for testing.
  6. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  7. Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and standards, and proactively suggest improvements to current processes.
  8. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure timely and accurate information exchange.
  9. Collaborate with manufacturing and quality assurance teams to investigate and resolve product quality concerns.
  10. Participate in continuous improvement projects and initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of quality control processes.
  11. Train and mentor junior analysts to ensure their understanding and adherence to quality control procedures.
  12. Contribute to the development and revision of quality control procedures and documentation.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all testing procedures and results.
  14. Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant regulatory requirements.
  15. Represent the company in a professional manner and promote a positive image of the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Science-Related Field, Such As Chemistry, Biology, Or Pharmaceutical Sciences.

  • At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Quality Control Role, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Gmp Regulations And Fda Guidelines.

  • Excellent Attention To Detail And Ability To Accurately Analyze And Interpret Data.

  • Familiarity With Analytical Techniques And Instruments Commonly Used In Quality Control, Such As Hplc, Gc, And Ftir.
