  1. Perform quality control testing and analysis on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with established specifications and regulations.
  2. Document and report all test results accurately and in a timely manner, utilizing appropriate software and record-keeping systems.
  3. Identify and troubleshoot any quality issues that arise during testing, and propose solutions to improve processes and procedures.
  4. Collaborate with other departments, such as Manufacturing and R&D, to investigate and resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  5. Conduct and participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  6. Conduct and maintain stability studies to assess the shelf life and quality of products.
  7. Monitor and maintain laboratory equipment and supplies, ensuring they are calibrated and in proper working condition.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and guidelines, and make recommendations for process improvements to ensure the highest level of quality.
  9. Adhere to all safety protocols and follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
  10. Train and mentor junior laboratory staff on quality control procedures and techniques.
  11. Participate in cross-functional teams for new product development and process improvement projects.
  12. Communicate effectively with colleagues, superiors, and external stakeholders regarding quality control activities and results.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Quality Control Or A Related Field Within The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Scientific Field Such As Chemistry, Biology, Or Pharmaceutical Sciences.

  • Knowledge Of Current Good Manufacturing Practices (Cgmp) And Regulatory Requirements.

  • Experience With Analytical Techniques And Instruments Used In Quality Control, Such As Hplc And Gc.

  • Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Accurately Interpret And Analyze Data.
